So i moved back to webafrica after 2 years of leaving them thinking all would be well and nice... and things where... till i got put on leave for 3 weeks... so i experienced alot of throttling during the day which is totally acceptable. .. so i called in and asked how can i fix this even if it means me paying more... i was told that if i go to a business capped account for 200 rand more... so i agree... 5 minutes later i have unbearable packetloss and extreme latency issues so i try get hold of them again only to get through to rude ppl who dont even bother helping in there live support team... so i told them i didnt want the service anymore... they said it was fine they will cancel at the end of the month... and refund me the extra 120 rand they charged me... then further more i read on there website about 30day money back guarantee and i asked for that and till this day i still have received nothing back from them even when promised. .. utterly disappointed

Our Home Uncapped service does require management and monitoring from the client's side because if your star rating is poor - then your connection will be deprioritised during normal office hours.
Moreover, I've investigated your query with our guys and can confirm that they've added a full credit for your data package and it takes up to 72 hours for the credit notes to be approved by our Invoicing and Collections team.
Sorry for the fact that our package didn't live up to your expectations and for the way our team handled your issue.
