Predatory R999 Cancelation Fee Sneaked into T&C's Without Notice !!!

I signed up with WebAfrica in 2021 when Fibre was made available. I had no complains, prices were great and Whatsapp support was annoying but got the job done. I just got off the phone with them, its been 8hrs on the phone! This is unacceptable, not to mention how they sneaked R999 cancelation fee for all new packages. I signed up for new Fibre, was told R999 fee applicable if I leave before 12 months is over. Fair enough. Now month to month, 4th year in and I can't leave. I did not receive any email regarding such HUGE changes of T&C's! This is outrageous. I will file a complaint all the way to ICASA . Do not sign up with these ******.
