Pray you never have to contact WebAfrica!!!

The worst call center by far. They made me hold for over an hour and when they finally answer they make promises that your line will be activated with 24hrs. It’s now over a week. Their WhatsApp line is also extremely useless. I wish I could attach a screenshot to show how useless it is.

My advice: Stay away from WebAfrica. There are many service providers with better customer care. You’ll thank me.
