Potential customer dissatisfaction

<p>I am in the process of sourcing a new ISP and came across your website which encouraged me to chat live with one of your consultants. A nice touch I thought. Twice I was informed that the agents are currently busy then within a minute as you will see by the attachment I was told to send an email and the session was summarily closed. An email was sent and by your lack of response you clearly do not need the business. </p>
