Poorest service I've ever Vumatel

I can't ever remember getting such bad service ever. I have been waiting from Tuesday to be assisted with a link. Numerous people helped me . The other day I was promised to be call by Arenona P ,no call back or follow up as promised. Yanga P, also help no link was send but I was told to close the chat. Mamdisa also help me by saying I can close the chat a reference number will be send to me the afternoon afternoon speaking to her. The olny employee you should have hope for is Siseko, he actually send an email to *** I tried to start a conversation to follow up , no response from the what's app line it self . How do you expect on going future business if your whole business operations does not work. I am taking this email on social media and putting all the names of the people who helped me on there with the lack of assistance and poor communication. Your people take forever to respond its like we should wait 8 hours for a reply. You definitely need to look at your business strategy because you are not dealing with animals. I need my wi fi back on by Monday because I'm writing a test at 1 pm. I was send a link on Wednesday 7 .A week after ago complaining. Today is the 8th I made a payment yesterday and I'm told to wait 24/48hrs
