Poorest service Ever! Webafrica

Webafrica poor service ever,you chat to 8 different staff the whole day still your issue is not resolved at the end of the day,their staff seems not to know what they getting paid for, I have made a payment for my service but they still telling me that my number linked to my previous address that I moved from 5 years ago & now I can't get activated on my current address since they have to do a payment allocation! I have been waiting for days no feedback & i asked for cancelation still no feedback about my refund! Service ridiculous! Poor poor poor
