Poorest quality service you can imagine!

Webafrica is by far the worst company to deal with. They have no contact numbers, will only chat in WhatsApp and brush you off like you don’t exist! I have been having problems with my fibre line for close on 2 months and they keep making excuses or blaming someone else! I recommend them to my mother-in-law, which was another huge mistake. Although our accounts are fully paid up, we can both no use or fibre. They keep promising to get back to you. But just don’t! They are useless! We had to lodge a new complaint on the WhatsApp live everyday for more then a week to even get a response, and still we both have no joy!
