Poorest of poor service

<p>We all know that service delivery in SA is not the best but Webafrica takes the prize for the poorest. After more than 20 emails and phone call the matter of a domain transfer to another hosting company has still not been finalized. I spoke to someone by the name of Morne at Webafrica who promised faithfully that the matter will be attended to but alas, no results after weeks of being given the run around and passwords being constantly changed. It is as if they do not understand what is required. I wil never refer any one to Webafrica. Ever. We have lost all hope of moving the domain with the registered business name. If I could I would have given them zero star rating.</p>
