Poorest customer service from webafrica ever

I am irate because beginning of January 2022 webafrica somehow created two accounts on my name. Same person, same address but 2 separate accounts. Three months I have been battling to sorr out this issue. Why should I pay for two fibre accounts for the same line, same address, same person, and then they suspend my paid for line based on the second account not paid. What about the account that is paid in full, up to date. I've been without internet for one day already. Three months I tried getting help from their whatsapp support group, explaining everything to the call center agents over and over again for 3 months, each individual promising it will be sorted out yet nothing changes or comes from it. And now I am without internet? A service that I paid for but cant use due to a mistake on their side. The support is pathetic. I won't recommend webafrica to anyone anymore, they don't look after their customers. It's nice to collect the monthly installment of more than a thousand rand yet they don't look after their customers. I am very disappointed because I am a client for 6 years more or less but the past three months is hel with no resolution. And now this?? It's really unfair, disappointing and unacceptable to treat a good and longstanding customer so poorly for a mistake on their side Who would pay R1149.00 x 2 per month for two accounts but one line 200Mgbs. Terrible, just terrible Let's not even go to where I paid for a 1000Mgbs line, R1299 for January and March yet never got the line speed I paid for. Numerous calls logged unresolved and I ended up downgrading to a 200Mgbs line because it's ridiculous to pay so much for a service they don't provide I was more than accommodating and patient but this has now gone too far.

Thank you Webafrica for sorting out my account today.
After three months of frustration and 3 days without connection I am relieved that this matter is now finally resolved

I must admit and rectify that prior to this misunderstanding since January 2022 Webafrica was/is great.

Compared to other service providers they hardly ever have downtime, if I remember correctly it was once in the 6 years I've been with them, maybe twice.

Webafrica need to work a bit on their support staff and support structure, but I can't fault Webafrica on their product.
It still remains the most reliable and cost effective connection
