Poor WiFi Service provider

It's been a month and a half now, haven't been able to login to my Banking apps, Tik Tok, vehicle apps and Betway.. I've escalated the issue with WebAfrica and they still haven't attended to it. It's never an issue for them to deduct money from my account every month but I have to be okay with paying for a service that I can't use. Can someone recommend a better fibre service provider cause Webafrica has proven to be ***********. I've sent follow up emails and WhatsApp and they still haven't gotten back to me. So much for being a good, loyal customer.
