Poor wifi connection

I signed up with Webafrica about a month ago. Since then I have been having connection issues. I have called them several times to sort the problem out but they keep on closing the support tickets without fixing the problem. No one has contacted me to find out if the issue has been resolved. Their service has been very poor.
