**** poor Webafrica

Wow where do i begin. Was sent the wrong coupon code to pay my month to month webafrica wifi. Made the payment with the coupon nr which was wrong so i made a second payment. Contacted Webafrica regarding my refund and i was assured that it would take 10-15 working days. This was the 18th of June 2025. Sent proof of payment as well. After the waiting period when i enquired i was told that they needed proof of my banking acc. No problem. When i enquired again i was told that it was escalated. After about another 3 weeks i found out that the refund has been rejected 3 times. No reason given at all. Last week friday i enquired again. Was told by the agent that they would find out for me. After an hour i was kicked out of the chat because of inactivity! The customer service truly is pathetic. Sent another watsap just now and again i am told to "grab a cupa". Received a message reminding me that payment is almost due but i cant get my refund! When u ask to chat to someone who knows what theyre doing u get sent from pillar to post. Iv waited at least 5 hours on certain occasions and this is a "big reliable" service provider. Dont know what to do anymore. Tried canceling but was told that i have to give a months notice blahblah ect. So sick and tired if this company and definetly would not recommend to anyone.
