Poor , Very poor service !

I moved homes , i got debited twice , 1 for the old line that i was no longer using , even for following month they tried debiting the same amount , even worse thier customer service is very poor when you log a complaint , they only use whatsapp for communication , you cannot call them . Poor , very poor .
