Poor very poor service

I app**** for vuma they said I must send my address i.send it and they told me I qualified and needed to pay before they can send out a technical team in the technical team came and then after the reducted my money told me there's no space to put Wi-Fi in and I need to apply for a refund I've been applying for a refund for more than 3 months. They ask for proof of paymentI send it to them and still waiting on them so you're quick to the dark your money but very very pathetically and slow to refund your money send me from the department of department I'm still waiting
