Poor to non-existent customer service.

My router has been giving me problems, logged 6 calls one with escalation and a promise to get back to me within 24hours, poor customer service and extremely poor response times between communications 10 min on average, so now trying to cancel my subscription and they won't even acknowledge my comms. only reason they have 1 star is because i cant score them negatively.
