Poor Technical Support
Webafrica is the biggest mistake of your life that you can ever do. Their customer service is bad , you can only chat to them on WhatsApp to log a call, on their WhatsApp channel you must be prepared to get each response after an hour .This company do not have a 24/7 technical support (technicians) on weekends . what kind of ISP that do not have technicians that works on weekends , even ****a shops works on weekend for heaven sake.
