Poor Technical query resolution

Trying to resolve any technical issue with Webafrica. is slow, painful and sometimes just doesn't work When my voice service suddenly failed, I had to repeat the same interaction with several agents ion the WhatsApp line. They eventually escalated to their provider, but without response.
