Poor systems and customer service is disappointing

I’m very annoyed and frustrated by their level of service I’m receiving from them, they not reliable not reachable I paid my accout cash on time I sent the proof of payment to avoid my account from bieng suspended but to my surprise my account is suspended, I have a kid at home doing home schooling she cannnot procceed with the classes cause internet is off, web africa watsup number is always busy you never get help when you need it
