Poor Support and Service from Webafrica

I experiece a very terrible service with Webafrica - They installed the fibre line in may and now is july and the fibre line have never worked. First it was the delay with delivering a router which I had to contact their whatsapp support for three weeks to get the router delivered. The router never worked for a month and weeks since I received it. Their WhatsApp Agent keep dumping my conversations and leaving me in the middle of conversations and this had taken more of my time as this is the only channel to communicate with the company. They billed me since the fiber cables were installed but I am not getting any service from them. Please help urgently
