Poor Support and Bad Account Management Practice!!!

Can't get the OTP to access my account. Webafrica changed the process to access the account from username and password to now requiring OTP to access full account and make changes, including cancellations. To get there they do not send theb OTP's, I have been trying for the past month and can't assistance from Whatsapp support channel!
