Poor support
Since moving to bot and whatsapp support, there support had become non existent. You can never get hold of anyone to help you. I'm working from home and my internet is down while all my neighbours with other ISP's are working. I've now been waiting on whatsapp for over an hour and has gottens zero support.

18 Feb 2021, 10:26Well at least after 13 hours I started speaking to an agent on WhatsApp. This took 2 hours and then I was suddenly with another agent. You cannot speak to anyone, you have to just hang around until they decide to respond. It's now 15 hours and I'm still without internet. I'm having to buy expensive mobile data just to get some work done and I still don't have a resolution or time.
