Poor support
Webafrica has provided pretty decent internet, as they are using IS as a backbone. Exceedingly smart business decision. What isnt smart, is having a poorly designed site. I purchased a capped account on the last day of the month, with about 3 hours to go before the 1st of May. As soon as it is the 1st of the month, they issue a new invoice and expect payment for both, yet the cap doesnt roll over.

The only way you would know at any point during the checkout process is to go and read the fine print. It feels as if their intention is to rob you.

After contacting billing regarding it, she was exceedingly eager to cancel my account rather than resolve the issue. The lady I dealt with sent me an email as requested confirming what we discussed. I then responded and waited - to no avail. It has been 8 days.

I will most likely continue to use Webafrica from time to time, but I will make a noise when I get **** service.

As a note, I have registered a anti-webafrica domain and will develop and advertise it until this issue is resolved TO MY LIKING.

As I mentioned from the start, get a manager to call me and resolve this issue.
We don't offer pro-rata on our Capped services and when a customer signs up for the Capped service they're informed what their total balance is when they check out. Therefore, we don't mislead our customers. Furthermore, we're available via email, chat, and telephonically to clarify confusions like these when they arise.
With that being said, our Billing guys were in touch with you so they can meet you half way by amending your invoice, which means, that you'll pay per GB as opposed to you paying the full amount but sadly, our guys stated that you declined this offer.
We can understand that you're not happy with this resolution offered but there's nothing futher we can do from here.
