Poor services from webafrica vuma

Worst service ever by webafrica. From the begining of the year 2022 I app**** for internet services / fibre to be installed at my place. I incorrectly captured my house number but I got a call from their contact center and I asked that they rectify my address and to this day it has not been rectified. I keep enquiring on their webafrica vuma whatsApp line but I am not getting any assistance. They keep saying their doing a follow up but nothing gets followed up. I even attempted to cancel but then I again I was assured that by the end of this week I will be asssistat. AS I write this review, I have not been contacted by anyone to arrange for installation. This is so frustrating and disspointing.
