POOR SERVICES

I paid for the wifi two months ago.till now there's no installation .Every time they come up with a story. The cable is short or the pole slots are full.yet when speaking to the agent they checked for slots an said there are available slots if I pay at that moment wich I did.,but today there are no slots.
