Poor services
I requested a package downgrade from 749 on the 24 of February and upto now they haven't processed..they are billing me wrongly and suspending my services without fixing my issues. Forcing me to pay, telling me 30 days services BLA BLA...if l count from 24 February to 1 April it's more than 30 days.
