Poor services

I have internet down for more than 12 hours. Contacting support to find assistance is rocket science. The Bot and the live chat, is no of no help, keep on saying my email address is not valid Why on earth is my email not valid today, when Webafrica has been sending all communications to the said email?

Webafrica, provide the service which I am paying for, which is internet.
