Poor services

If i could give them a 0 rating i would, double debited my account for a lte service which i cancelled, they credit a portion of the amount to my fibre services with Vumatel following day Vumatel debits my account no refund or no hel!!! whatsoever. To make matters worse they sending smses for a router they didnt provide!!!!
