Poor Service/Delivery times

Terrible service! They promise delivery 3-5 days after order. I have been waiting 6 days now and nothing- you cannot even call them. They do not even respond to emails. They seem to have no call center at all. All you get is automated voice recorders and a bot on whatsapp to talk to. They have zero communication. I will be cancelling my subscription with them. People DO NOT make use of Webafrica. They might be cheap- but there is a reason for that, poor service!
