Poor service with almost none existent customer service

I registered with the service provider less than 2 months ago… I constantly used their WhatsApp medium as we had connectivity issues from the get go… We asked for a technician to come out which they promised nobody arrived… I’ve cancelled no confirmation of cancellation.. when I called their call centre I’m told wrong call centre call someone else without giving the details… really now acting like you have monopoly in the industry…
