Poor service -webafrica

Are the staff at WebAfrica on strike or something. I received the router and fiber box from them by the 28th Jan and still not activated. When you do get an agent they tell you they are due for a scheduled break and transfers you to next agent who never comes on or the conversation is terminated :-(. Sad that I had already terminated my contract with previous provider.
