Poor service Webafrica

I've been offered by Webafrica to change over from LTD to Fibre for a better price. They installed the fibre which have been giving problems from day one however now my service light stays off after frogfoot installed it. I have been talking to numerous agents since a week ago but to no avail as each one just promise that they will resolve the problem but nothing happens. I'm a single mother and still have to pay for something I can do nothing with. They don't feel that it's urgent as me and my daughter needs internet yo do our studies and we falling behind now.
