Poor service Webafrica!!

Pathetic service!!!! I was told by Dannileen that I would have my service by Tue or Wednesday. Then all sorts of problems surfaced. Suddenly there's an active line holding up the process. Previous ISP has released the line. Frustrating dealing with the agents on Whatsapp (the only way because you hold on forever when calling). Long waiting times for agents to respond on Whatsapp and they simply cannot provide updates or the way forward. I see the delay tactics. I've tried multiple times to get assistance but not one of the agents has given any information or was able to tell me where we are in the process.
