Poor Service- Webafrica

The service i have received from WebAfrica is very poor, from payment to activation is has been a horrible nightmare. From not finding my payment, awaiting delivery for what seems weeks, then now when the device is here there seems to be no internet connection even after the 48 hour period has passed. There is no clear support from the company I'm being moved around from pillar to post and its just one nightmare after another.
