Poor service - webAfrica

Dear WebAfrica,

I can’t describe how disappointed I am with the service I received the last month.

I have relocated to a different area and did an application to move my internet 2 week prior of the 25th of April and nothing has been done today is the 7th May?????????????????

Every time I enquire about what is happening, I receive the same answer – it has been flagged as a priority?

I was forced to take a rain deal just to have access to the internet as I am a student and need to do my assignments.

Is this how we treat our loyal customer?

When will my installation happen?

This is so disappointing.. please track my chat history with all the different agents to see how I have fought for my installation to happen THAT HAS NOT YET HAPPENED……
