Poor service webafrica

I have been without internet for the past 3 weeks webafrica my supplier there is no one to contact besides what's app (willie) the biggest lot of **** on earth, trying to cancel my contract and it is impossible, I advise anyone to not sign up with this ridiculous service provider, my next move I need to get my lawyer involved to cancel the service I am not getting.
