Poor service VUMATEL and webafrica

Good day it's Gugu Radebe I canceled the connected fibre, that was 9th February 2022, I try to to call the number but it's not working I whatsapp the agent's but no help I need my refund till to day I was not yet credited back. I paid 399.00 for the promised service,. Nothing you can get out of these companies one blames the other. VUMATEL/ WEBAFRICA
