Poor service support. Closing tickets without responding. Sies.

I see that I am not alone in my dealings with Webafrica about gross failure to offer any support. It is so bad that they even close your tickets without informing you or getting back to you. I have moved on and will not do business with this company again. Call me or don’t call me, it doesn’t matter anymore because your money has just dried up.
