Poor service. Still waiting for a phone call to arrange installation

I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone. Along with Vumatel and SADV.

I placed an order on 26 July 2020 on their moving home portal and requested that I go live on the 16th September.

I have been on the phone for more than 5 hours already with Webafrica to find out what is going on with my order and when installation will happen.

It is the 22nd of September and they also do not know when installation will occur.
