Poor service stay far away from them

Worse company I've ever dealth with in my life agents are *********** you wait for hours to be transferred to an agent without any success in resolving problems. I was told by an agent there was no reference number on my query after providing her with my reference number she was very quick to transfer me to someone else very poor and bad service stay away from them.
