Poor service, slow follow up, pathetic adsl up time and no long term solutions

<p>Every month internet speed is extremly slow for long periods, adsl unstable. Everytime I call support they give the same solution but is always temporary. Pretty much the whole of Jan internet speed extremely slow, so paying for a service I cannot use. No viable long term solution given but just given the runaround. Slow or no follow up.</p>
