Poor service quality

Webafrica does not take calls and their WhatsApp bot solution is useless because they do not allocate a client to an agent. All they do is collect money on time every month. I can't even work using their Fiber because the tools I use for work don't load on this Wi-Fi. I don't know what they changed but I am no longer happy with it.
