Poor Service provider

I ordered a service with them in July and only get it in August,after they have been sending 4 wrong people for the job when they finally did the job,the installation was done wrong from 8th ofAugust iam still waiting for them to fix it,each time I chat with consultant they give empty promises,they start telling me about the outsourced company which is non of my business but they are quick to debit my account without giving complete service,iam struggling with netwrk, my lessons get interrupted while teaching,and you can't even talk to them on the phone,you wait on WhatsApp while they have tea,very poor customer service
