poor service poor service to not take any services from WebAfrica

its now 24 days and Webafrica is not fixing my late connection. I have three connection I phoned the call centre of Webafrica for 40min - no luck I logged a ticket request on there site - 24 days it is still open nobody responded. I even opted the call back several times.. - still waiting.

I new requested the service to be cancelled all three connection still waiting on Webafrica to cancel poor poor service as proof here is my three tickets *** and *** and *** no service from WebAfrica poor service
