Poor service, poor company, unprofessional.

Poor poor service. You can only talk to them via whatsapp where they have no clue what's going on, keep repeating themselves, not coming to a conclusion and not being customer friendly. Had a problem with them switching off our wifi even though we paid and sent proof, only got switched on 3 weeks later. Now, we have to move to a fibre-less town for work and have to cancel and we get a massive bill for not completing our year contract talking to again, very unfriendly agents over whatsapp. Very unprofessional and very very poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. Rather go fibre-less than working with them again.
