POOR SERVICE PERIOD !

Absolutely ridiculous service provider! WIFI stops working Thursday morning , cant call anyone just message BOTS then you request to chat to an agent takes whole day an agent eventually comes and logges a fault after 2 hours of repeating myself on this chat , ETA for the fault is 48 hours , Its Sunday and now told theres some infrastructure issue engineers are busy with - no ETR but Thrusday to Sunday ??? Seriously ???? PATHETIC SERVICE or rather zero service. Speaking to BOTS WHOLE DAY is damn frustrating no email address to escalate , no number to call and this is the platform left for people to never use this company !
