Poor service or not existing

This provides has got the worst service ever...when you do get to whatsapp an agent if the agent is available during the so called office hours dont be fooled they are not the best at time keeping ...i have logged numerous calls and they just dont get back to you if you call make sure you have your lunch and water close by as a call to them can take not less than 15 min to be answered by an agent that still cannot put you through to accounts you guys really have poor service
