POOR SERVICE - NO SERVICE

Webafrica is not a good service provider. I have been without Wi-Fi for three days now. You can't call them as they have a robot WhatsApp system for their inquiries that takes all day to go back and forth with no resolution to your problem. Their service is poor and the customer service personnel are rude. They did not resolve my issue as I am still without internet, and they don't want to send a technician to assist in the matter. I will not recommend them at all.
