Poor service, no resolution to queries

I have been without WiFi connection for about 3 days now without assistance. The only way one can log a query is via WhatsApp (can't call or email) . I've been waiting 3days while the chatbot keeps sending messages that they are attempting to connect me to an agent. I am extremely unhappy with the service. I depend on the WiFi for work and study needs.
