Poor service no communication

I have spoken to a guy by the name of Tenda and he said he will ask there billing department to send me a invoice to pay my outstanding amount so I can be re connected and still waiting. What poor service this is I have been on the line for more than an hour I have been on there WhatsApp for 6 hours already and still nothing. I think I'll send back there router and go to another service provider because this Webafrica is useless I will not refer anybody to them and I am taking it public so people can see what poor service the render.
