Poor Service, Never sign wit them, rather pay more

Please don't waste your time with this joke of a company. They are full of **** like their irritating "DID YOU KNOW" staff you are subjected to while they ignoring your calls.

They start charging you for a service even before the deliver the router to you. How on earth do they justify that, what happens if you fail to deliver like in my my case they don't want to follow me to Limpopo for delivery and they don't deliver over the weekend. i'm told i must collect the router, loosing a day's salary for a R200 delivery, my foot. Ask them to cancel and they tell me of the 30 days notice and they still cant address their 48 hours delivery promise.
